Baked Flathead


Fresh caught flathead for dinner...

BAKED FLATHEAD: Flathead fillets (or other white fish) Butter Garlic, minced Parsley, finely chopped Chives, finely chopped Capers Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Put fish fillets in a baking dish.

Mix ingredients (amounts will depend on how many fillers you are serving) in a saucepan and cook gently for a couple minutes.

Pour half of the butter mixture in the fish, cover baking tray with foil and cook for about 20 minutes.

Take tray out of the oven and pour the rest of the mixture on top. Serve with steamed vegetables.
