Flower Essence

Flower essence is vibration energy or energy medicine – gentle, yet powerful.  They help shift things on a more esoteric level.  Flower essence can assist in making positive changes by removing the obstacles in our way.

Anti-Viral Tincture

Echinacea is one of the most beloved and trusted medicinal herbs we have.  This formula, which includes St John’s Wort and Echinacea, is used when you have a viral outbreak, like cold sores, shingles and chicken pox.

Take 1 -2 droppers in water daily.

NOTE:  this tincture contains brandy

Vitamin C Oxymel

Oxymels combines the health benefits of both local honey and organic apple cider vinegar (ACV).  This oxymel included immune supporting herbs – rosehip, orange peel, Echinacea and elderberry.

Use it at the onset of a cold or as a preventative.  Add a to fizzy, still or kefir water (my favourite); or add to your evening cocktail; place a teaspoon in your daily tea; or just take it straight (it tastes beautiful!).

Gymnema Tincture

Gymnema is used to srop sugar cravings, therefore, it is useful for diabetics and anyone wanting to decrease their sugar intake (especially this time of year).

Take 1 -2 droppers in water daily.

NOTE:  this tincture contains brandy

Peppermint Lip Balm

Calendula-infused organic olive oil is mixed with beeswax and peppermint essential oil to create this formula.  

Use as needed for dry, chapped or sunburnt lips. 

Chickweed & Lavender Salve

We infuse organic olive oil with chickweed and lavender for 6 weeks, then mix it with beeswax and lavender oil to create this soothing salve. Use this salve for skin conditions that are red and stinging like bug bites, eczema and nappy rash. 


Rub on areas as needed.

Love Heart Tea

Made with hibiscus, this tea supports heart health by lowering blood pressure; it also supports your immune system with rose hips and Echinacea.  The rose petals add a soothing element.  

Enjoy this tea hot or as iced tea - place a few scoops of tea in a glass jar filled with water and leave it in the sun for the day then refrigerate overnight.

Calming Tea

Need help falling asleep?  This tea will do the trick.  We combine chamomile, passionflower and lavender to create a beautiful tasting, after-dinner tea.  I like mine with a bit of honey (and a good book).  

You can drink this tea when you feel anxious or moody to help ground you.

Y.E.R. for Fevers

Yarrow, elderflower and rose hips help with fevers and the flu.  Rose hip adds much-needed vitamin C to this formula and yarrow induces persperation helping you break the fever.  Elderflower smells and tastes divine and it helps the body with purification.  

Serve this tea hot, with a slice of lemon; then wrap yourself in a warm blanket and have a nap - your fever will break and you will wake feeling better.

Winter Tea Mix

Our Winter Tea is packed with Vitamin C to get you through the cold season;  it also contains Echinacea to support a strong immune response.  

This beautiful pink tea gets its colour from hibiscus; the flavour is dried orange peel and elder berries.

Add honey or lemon if desired.

Story dates to the plague – a band of notorious thieves were finally caught after robbing from the ill.  When asked how it was that they did not get sick; they credited a daily dose of vinegar steeped with these medicinal herbs!

Apple cider vinegar, sage, lemon thyme, rosemary, lavender, oregano, peppercorns, juniper berries.
