Kefir Milk Smoothie


Here's a 'I'm in a rush' kind of lunch idea....kefir milk smoothie.

Kefir milk is similar to yoghurt except it has more strains of beneficial bacteria.

I mix it in a blender with frozen berries and a little bit of spirulina when I need a quick lunch.

To make it more nutritious you could add pea protein, a handful of spinach, some raw cacao powder or almond butter.....
