Asian-Inspired Lettuce Wraps

Recipe:

Shredded veggies Chicken, tofu or egg Kelp noodles Avocado Coriander Or whatever you've got

Sauce: Fresh garlic Chili sauce Soy sauce (tamari) Hoisin Coriander Chopped peanuts or almonds

*mix to taste

Wrap veggies in lettuce (or silverbeet); top with sauce and enjoy!
