A beautiful lunch of salads.. ..


Rainbow Salad with Goat's Cheese and Citrus Salad served with Persimmon Yogurt.

I love grapefruit! This citrus salad has white and pink grapefruit along with our own oranges. I always add rose water and orange blossom water to my citrus as it gives a wonderful Middle Eastern flavour. You could also chop pistachios and sprinkle over the top.

The yogurt is just natural homemade yogurt with a couple of very ripe persimmons mixed in....so yummy!

I love how mother Nature provides you with the nutrients you need each season. Now that it's Winter and we need more vitamin C - here it is on the citrus trees!
