I have a confession to make....I am addicted to kimchi.
My breakfast bowl is 1/3 kimchi! I even crave it during the day, and when I get home I eat it straight out of the jar. The other day I had a stomach ache from drinking coffee in the middle of the day (too acidic). I eat a serve of kimchi and the ache went away in about ten minutes!
This batch has red cabbage as well as Nappa cabbage, lots of ginger and extra chillies - my favourite batch so far.
