About the event

Session 1: Traditional fermented foods are integral to gut and immune health, providing you with friendly microbes, B vitamins, enzymes and much more. Join us in the morning session to learn how to make fermented vegetables like sauerkraut, kimchi, and pickled cucumbers and a to-die-for chutney....and take home what you create.

Session 2: In the afternoon we will be making nourishing broth and delicious finishers, and you will find out how delightful broth can be sipped from a mug. We will explore the healing properties of bone broths, and how our ancestors and doctors used to use it as a tool for healing digestive issues, allergies and acute illness. We will also discuss the ethics of meat eating and how to bring healthy fats into your kitchen.

Book here for the full day or just one session.
