In this workshop you will learn the basics of home fermetation. After this workshop you will feel confident to go home and make your favourite ferments, including Cordito (Spanish-style sauerkraut), mustard, salsa, hot sauce and dill pickles; as well as natural sodas and shrubs. $100pp

About the event
Staying healthy requires optimal gut health. Making your own ferments is the best way to take control of your health, and it's economical, too. In this class you will learn the basics - what equipment you need, trouble-shooting, how to store your ferments and more. We will make some of my favourite fermented drinks like tepach and shrubs, as well as condiments like mustard, hot sauce, salsa, dill pickles and Cordito (Spanish-style sauerkraut). You will recieve my Basic Fermenting Cookbook when you book into the class. $100pp
