Learn to make quick breads; items you can have on the table in 30 minutes (just in time for dinner). We will make Farinata (Chickpea Flour Bread), Vegetable Focaccia, Hamburger Buns and Traditional Corn Tortillas. You get to taste them all with lunch. This workshop includes a cookbook. $120pp

About the event
This workshop is about quick breads, ones you can have on the table in thirty minutes. Â You will learn to make Farinata, a chickpea flour bread in a skillet, hamburger (or sausage) buns, vegetable focaccia that doubles as a pizza base and traditional corn tortillas to serve on Taco Tuesday! Â You will get to taste them all during the workshop. Â Lunch will be provided for you (please let me know if you have any food allergies). I will aslo provide you with a cookbook that includes these breads and other recipes such as seeded crackers and quick sweets. $120pp (discount for children)
