About the event
In this workshop you will learn the basics of home fermetation and food preservation, without any special equipment or tools. You will feel confident to go home and preserve your own fruit and vegetables with recipes like Indian Lemon Pickle, Kiseli Kuprus (whole fermeted cabbage), Verdurette (homemade bouillon) and Honeyed Kumquats.
You will recieve my 'Preserving & Fermenting Cookbook' when you book into the class. $100pp
