Gluten-free Bread and Baking Workshop
Learn to make sourdough bread, including different flavors like cinnamon & raisin, rosemary & olive. We will also make Chickpea Bread, Flatbreads and Traditional Corn Tortillas. You will leave with a sourdough starter and cookbook.

About the event
You will learn to make beautiful gluten-free sourdough bread and leave with a starter so you can make your own loaf at home straight away. You will also learn to make other gluten-free bread options such as chickpea bread in a skillet, flax flatbreads and traditional corn tortillas. You will get to taste them all during the workshop. Lunch will be provided for you (please let me know if you have any food allergies). I will aslo provide you with a cookbook that includes these breads and other gluten-free recipes such as seeded crackers and wholesome sweets.
