About the event

In this workshop we will discuss the foods and herbs that can help you through each of the four phases of your mensrual cycle.  You will learn to make an iron-rich tonic to replenish minerals lost during bleeding and other herbal preparations for symptoms such as bloating, depression and anxiety.  We will also focus on liver and digestive support through your cycle.  $115pp
