About the event
In this workshop we will explore alternatives to dairy products. You will learn two different methods for making nut cheeses and how to use them, multiple nut and seed mylk recipes, how to make alternatives to whipped and sour cream, and ways to make delicious, probiotic coconut yogurt (for a fraction of the cost of store-bought and no additives). $100 per person
