About the event
The Fermentation Bar is an exploration of botanially-infused drink mixers at Candelo Cafe. During the evening we will discuss the various elements of a good cocktail - sweet, acid, bitter and more. You will learn how to make botanical syrups, shrubs, bitters and infused spirits, as well as how to incorporate them into drinks like Rosy Peach Bellini, Mint Shrub Julep, Orange Bitters Martini and Flora Collins.
The cafe will provide you with each of the cocktails to sample along with delicious tapas at your table. $120pp
