Sauteed Greens

Sauteed greens are so easy to make, unbelievably good for you and yummy. Try to get some greens at each meal. 


I love sauteed greens for breakfast with eggs.....just heat coconut oil in a pan, add onions, garlic and ginger. Cook until onions are clear, then add zucchini or other veggies you have on hand (or leftovers). Once those are almost cooked through add the chopped greens - kale, spinach, chard (silverbeet) - and cook until greens are wilted.

 

Green leafy veggies provide a huge amount of and a large variety of phytonutrients to keep your immune system healthy.
