*Equal parts coconut oil and baking soda (bi-carb)
*Peppermint or clove essential oil, to taste (about 5 drops or so)
Warm coconut oil, mix in bi-carb and peppermint. Keep mixing as it cools or the bi-carb will settle on the bottom. Store in a wide- mouth glass jar. To use, scoop out enough mixture to cover your toothbrush, use twice daily.
*5 tablespoons coconut oil
*2 tablespoons olive oil
*2 teaspoons water
*2 teaspoons honey
*lavender essential oil

Add essential oil and rosehip oil if desired. Whisk occasionally until mixture starts to set. Store in glass container. To use, rub a warm wet cloth over face cream and wash face morning and evening.
*Raw sugar or course salt
*Light oil such as sesame or almond
*essential oil of choice (peppermint, lemon, lavender, etc.)
Put sugar or salt in a wide- mouth go as jar with a good lid. Cover with oil and add essential oil of choice. Mix together. To use, mix together with fingers, rub over body to buff off dead skin. Rinse with warm water, gently blot dry. If you use this in the shower or bath, be careful as it will make things slippery!
