About the event
Yogurt is so good for your gut health. In this workshop I will teach you to make traditional homemade yogurt, as well as Greek-style yogurt/yogurt cheese and labna. Yogurt is versatile in the kitchen as it pairs well with both sweet and savoury dishes. You will learn how to incorporate yogurt into your weekly cooking. You will leave with a starter and a cookbook so you can make a batch as soon as you get home!
