The Fermentation Bar is an exploration of fermented cocktails at Candelo Cafe. Join us for an evening of learning how to make cocktails with ferments like kombucha, coconut kefir, tepache and shrubs. Throughout the nihgt delicious tapas and four unique cocktails will be served to your table.

About the event
The Fermentation Bar is an exploration of fermented cocktails at Candelo Cafe. During the evening we will explore various fermented drinks such as kombucha, coconut kefir soda, tepache (a traditional Mexican pineapple soda) and old-fashioned shrubs. You will learn how to make these ferments and how to incorporate them into cocktails like Dark & Stormy Kombucha, Tequilla Tepache, Cooconut Kefir-Grapefruit Paloma and a Lime Shrub Mojito.
The cafe will provide you with each of the cocktails to sample along with delicious tapas at your table. $120pp
